Can you take over an existing Arrowhead system?
Yes — this is one of our most-requested services for Auckland commercial property managers. The handover audit is $295 + GST flat fee, refundable against the first service.

Yes. Arrowhead Elite-S and ECi panels expose outputs that integrate with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview NVRs (trigger recording on alarm event), and with most access control platforms. We’ve integrated Arrowhead with Gallagher, Inner Range, and ICT Protege on Auckland commercial sites.
Does Arrowhead work with smartphone apps?
Yes. Current Elite-S range supports the Arrowhead smartphone app for arm/disarm, area control, event notifications, and user management. App access requires an IP or 4G communicator. Legacy ESL and older Elite-S panels can be upgraded with a communicator board swap.
How long does an Auckland commercial Arrowhead install take?
Standard Elite-S 8-zone single-area commercial: 1.5-2 days on-site. Elite-S V12 multi-area or ECi multi-site: 4-10 days depending on cable runs, ceiling access, and integration scope. We programme around business hours to minimise operational disruption.
What’s the warranty on an Arrowhead install from CFU?
Two warranties: (1) Our 3-year workmanship warranty on installation — wiring, mounting, calibration, programming. (2) AAP equipment warranty — typically 24 months for the panel and 12 months for sensors. The 3-year sits on top of the equipment warranty. Both backed in writing.
Do you service Arrowhead systems we didn’t install?
Yes — we service, repair, reprogram, and re-commission existing Arrowhead systems regardless of who originally installed them. Existing-system audit is $295 + GST flat fee (refundable against the first service), then ad-hoc service or annual maintenance from ~$385/year for standard Elite-S.
