Cabling is on the critical path and nobody says so
First fix has to be in before the ceiling grid closes and the partitions line. Miss that window and you are either cutting into new plasterboard or running surface trunking down a wall your client just paid to finish. We sequence against the build programme, not around it.

The furniture plan changes after the cabling is priced
Desk layouts move. They always move. A quote priced off an early plan with no allowance for change becomes a variation conversation at the worst possible moment. We quote the drops, and we quote what a change costs, before you sign.

How a fit-out actually runs
Step 01
Free site survey
Namra or a senior technician walks the floor plate with you, and with the fit-out contractor if there is one. We mark every drop against the furniture plan, find the comms room, and work out where the cable has to go before the ceiling closes. 30–60 minutes on site.
Step 02
Itemised fixed quote in 24 hours
Written back within 24 hours. Line by line: drops, backbone, cabinet, testing, documentation. Fixed, not an estimate. Change rates stated up front so a furniture-plan revision isn't a negotiation.
Step 03
Install sequenced to the build programme
First fix goes in before the ceiling grid and partitions close. Second fix and termination follow once the furniture plan is locked. If the building is live, we work outside business hours and stage floor by floor so nobody loses a day.
Step 04
Certified handover
Every drop Fluke-tested. Cabinet labelled and photographed. Test results, labelling schedule, as-built plan and cable schedule delivered. Warranty logged. You get the pack, we get the review.
