Do you do all of this in-house, or do you subcontract?
All of it in-house. The same Auckland crew does the cabling, the cameras, the alarms and the IT setup — so there's one quote, one invoice and one person to call if something isn't right.
What does it cost?
It depends on the run lengths and the building, which is why the survey is free and the quote is fixed. You get the number in writing within 24 hours, and it doesn't move unless the scope does. Our pricing page lists starting rates by service, and our Auckland CCTV cost guide breaks down a camera job line by line.
Can you do cabling and security on the same visit?
Yes — that's the point of booking us instead of two trades. Most combined jobs are done in a single visit; larger fit-outs are staged so the site stays usable.
How fast can you get to me?
We hold capacity for six same-day jobs a week. If those are taken, most Auckland jobs are booked within 2–5 working days.
Do I need a site survey before you can quote?
For anything beyond a single outlet, yes — and it's free. Quoting cabling off a photo is how surprises end up on invoices.
Are your installs certified?
Yes. Structured cabling is installed and tested to AS/NZS 3080, and you get the test results with the handover pack — not just a verbal "it's fine".
Do you work with homes as well as businesses?
Both. Roughly half our work is Auckland homes — WiFi, smart wiring, home theatre, cameras — and half is offices, retail, hospitality and retirement villages.
What happens if something fails after you leave?
It's covered by our 12-month workmanship warranty — we come back and fix it at no charge.
