What is underground services locating?
Underground services locating uses electromagnetic detection to find live and traceable services buried on your site — power cables, data and fibre runs, and metallic conduits — then marks their position on the ground with paint or flags. We hand you a signed PDF report so you can dig with confidence and prove compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

Rural / lifestyle-block locates in Rodney and Franklin — we come, we just add a small kilometre-based travel line to the quote so there are no surprises.
What a locate costs in Auckland
Every locate is different. A single residential trench takes an hour or two on site. A full commercial site with dense services takes half a day. A civil site can be a full day. We scope it in a free 5-minute call — no surprise call-out fees, no minimum contracts.
For a rough range: small residential locates are typically a couple of hours on site plus the report; larger commercial and civil sites are quoted based on area and service density.
