How much does a technician cost?
Standard hourly rate:
(competitive, covers urban Auckland market).
$75/hr
After-hours/emergency call-outs:
$110
Travel:
outside 40 km radius or charge
travel time.
$0.90/km
Call-out fee:
(waived if the job goes ahead).

Changes and Cancellations
We’re always happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may incur a $65 cancellation fee
(at our discretion).
For all quoted or estimated jobs, a 50% deposit is required upfront before work begins.
Leaving the Site
Our technicians take care to leave your home or business as we found it:
● We will ensure the site is safe.
● Any doors or windows opened during work will be secured.
● Project-related mess will be cleaned up unless you request otherwise.
We carry a reasonable stock of commonly used items in our vans. However, if additional
materials are needed, our technicians may need to leave the site to collect them. Travel time
will be included in our charges.
Progress Invoices
For larger projects, progress invoices may be issued to cover labour and materials as work
advances.
● These are typically sent at the end of each stage.
● We may also issue progress invoices if there is a delay in the project.
Unpaid Accounts
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us immediately to discuss a payment
plan.
● Accounts outstanding more than 7 days past the due date may incur a $65 + GST fee.
● Unpaid accounts may be referred to debt collection, with all associated costs added to
your account.
● Interest may be charged on accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
