How long does it take?
Single Device 60 min, Full Migration 90 min, Whole Home 2 hours. If yours needs more time we tell you upfront, not on the invoice.
Do you set up Mac AND PC?
Yes, both. Also iPhone, iPad, Android, Chromebook, Smart TV, printers, gaming consoles, smart home gear.
Can you transfer files from my old laptop to the new one?
Yes, in the Full Migration package. Documents, photos, music, bookmarks, saved passwords, email, calendar. Everything you're used to, on the new device.
Do you sell new devices too?
No. We recommend where to buy (PB Tech, Noel Leeming, Apple Store, JB Hi-Fi depending on what you're after) and set up whatever you bring. Simpler for everyone.
Do you talk down to older customers?
No. Every tech is briefed to be patient and jargon-free. If our tech isn't the right fit for you, tell us and we'll send someone else. First rule: we work at your pace.
Do you cover south and west Auckland?
Yes. All of Auckland — Warkworth in the north, Manukau in the south, Waitakere in the west. Unlike some tech-help services that only cover central and eastern suburbs, we come to you wherever you are.
