4 steps from plan to move-in day
Plan from the drawings. We mark every point on your floor plan with you or your builder, and give you a fixed quote.
Pre-wire while the frame is open. We run and label every cable before the plasterboard goes on, working to your builder's programme.
Fit-off after the walls are up. Outlets, plates and the comms cabinet go in, and everything is tested.
Hand over. Test results, a plan of where every cable goes, and a 12-month workmanship warranty.

When should we book you?
As soon as you have plans, and before pre-line. Pre-wire happens while the frame is open, usually just before insulation and plasterboard.
Can you work with our builder?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your builder or project manager and work to their programme.
We're renovating, not building. Can you still help?
