Questions businesses ask
Do you replace our current IT company?
Only if you want us to. Some clients move everything to us; others keep their IT provider and use us for the network, Wi-Fi and cabling. We are happy either way.
Is the support really in-house?
Yes. The people answering your support call are our own team, not an overseas call centre or a subcontractor.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. We confirm the price in writing after the free audit.
How big a business do you look after?
Small and medium Auckland businesses, from a few people up to around 50. For a single home or home office, our remote support sessions are usually the better fit.
