Fast, tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand, and a 30-day return window if it's not right.
Shipping costs
- $6.90 per order (incl. GST), anywhere in New Zealand.
- Free shipping on orders over $50.
- No extra charge for rural addresses.
- We ship within New Zealand only.
When your order ships
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday count from the next business day. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery times
We send orders with NZ Post or Aramex, with tracking. Times are counted from dispatch.

Tracking your parcel
Once your order is on its way, we email you the tracking number. You can track it on the NZ Post or Aramex website. If no one is home, the courier leaves a card so you can collect the parcel or arrange another delivery.
Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email hello@cablingforu.co.nz within 7 business days with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
Faulty products
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act aren't affected by anything on this page. If a product is faulty, doesn't match its description or isn't fit for purpose, we'll repair, replace or refund it, depending on the problem. We cover the return shipping for faulty items.
Change of mind returns
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, it needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by you. We can't accept change-of-mind returns on sale items.
How to return something
Email hello@cablingforu.co.nz with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
If the return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't accept them.
Once we've received and checked the item, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return it and place a new order for the one you want.
