We check your panel and how it can report. Many existing alarms can be connected; if yours can't, we tell you what it needs.
Connect and test
We connect the alarm to the monitoring centre and set off each zone to prove the signal gets through, before we leave.

We set up who gets called and in what order, and show you how to set, unset and test the alarm yourself.

Who actually monitors my alarm?
A licensed New Zealand monitoring centre we partner with. Operators watch for alarm signals 24 hours a day and phone your contacts when your alarm is triggered.
Can you monitor my existing alarm?
Often, yes. We check your panel first. If it can't report to a monitoring centre as it is, we tell you what it needs and quote it in writing.
Do I have to use your monitoring if you install my alarm?
No. You choose the monitoring company. We install and service Hikvision and Paradox alarms whether you monitor with us or someone else.
What's the difference between home and business monitoring?
Business sites usually have more zones, more key holders and opening and closing times to track, so business monitoring starts from $49 + GST a month instead of $39 + GST.
